Learning Foundations & Curriculum
Our teaching teams use an emergency Curriculum to follow children's interests and ideas. Children's interests are encouraged and future learning opportunities are presented in a way that sparks children's sense of curiosity and wonder. Through our extensions e support children to gain confidence to explore their world and take safe risks. Children's learning is recorded on our online "Learning community", Storypark. Storypark allows families to be involved in their child's learning journey which enhances and improves educational outcomes for children. Our educators and families become co-learners in the child's development.
Levels of education
We employ only educators who are suitably qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification. All educators undertake an intense induction program before they commence employment. The levels of qualification required by each individual educator varies depending on the areas / age groups in which the educator works and the role which they perform. As part of our commitment to quality outcomes for children and enhancing professional learning opportunities for educators. We have devolved a unique Apprentice program or our working towards educators. LEAD fully funds and supports educators to obtain a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.
